ACI at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025: Backed by Al Ghurair Group Leadership
November 4, 2025

A Strategic Return to the Region's Flagship Manufacturing Platform
Arabian Can Industry returned to Gulfood Manufacturing in 2025 for the 11th edition of the region's most significant food and beverage manufacturing exhibition, held at Dubai World Trade Centre from November 4 through 6. The event brought together more than 2,500 exhibitors and over 45,000 industry professionals from across packaging, processing, ingredients, supply chain, and automation. ACI's continued presence at Gulfood Manufacturing reflects the company's long-standing commitment to the food production ecosystem across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, and to the global brands operating across these markets.
Al Ghurair Group Leadership at the ACI Stand
The ACI stand was officially inaugurated by senior leadership of the Al Ghurair Group, with Group Chief Human Capital Officer Ms. Claudette M., Group Chief Strategy Officer Mr. Paul J. Hughes, and ACI Chief Executive Officer Mr. Riyaz Mulla performing the formal opening. The stand was further marked by the visit of Al Ghurair Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Iyad Malas, whose presence underscored the Group's continued investment in ACI's market positioning across food packaging.
The participation of Al Ghurair Group's executive leadership at the ACI stand reflects the broader commitment of the Group to its industrial manufacturing platforms, and the strategic importance of food packaging within the Group's portfolio. Under the continued guidance of Managing Director His Excellency Majid Saif Al Ghurair, ACI continues to build out its position as one of the region's most established tinplate food packaging manufacturers, serving food brands across regional and international markets.
Engagement Across the Three Days
Across the three days of Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, ACI's team engaged in active commercial and technical dialogue with food brand owners, co-packers, procurement leaders, and supply chain partners from across the GCC, the wider MEASA region, and international markets. The conversations covered expanded packaging requirements, new market entries, and reviews of ACI's full tinplate product portfolio across three-piece welded food cans, ends and closures, and printed and lacquered tinplate sheets.
Gulfood Manufacturing continues to serve as a defining platform for ACI to deepen long-standing customer relationships, engage with new business partners, and stay aligned with the technical and commercial shifts shaping global food production.
